Personal Diary Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (EULA) govern the license, permitted usage, and conditions for the Personal Diary mobile application.
1. License Grant
Saurabh Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Personal Diary on compatible devices for personal journaling and memory keeping in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Ownership & Local Data Responsibility
You retain 100% ownership of all diary entries, photos, and voice memos created in Personal Diary. Because data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining device backups and safeguarding your biometric/passcode credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of Personal Diary, nor use the application for any unlawful purpose.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
Personal Diary is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Saurabh Studio does not warrant that application operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saurabh Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, device hardware failure, or operating system resets.
