TrueStamp Camera Disclaimer & Data Practices
This document details the operational disclaimers, offline storage mechanisms, and data safety disclosures specifically applicable to TrueStamp Camera.
1. Device Clock & Location Dependency
Timestamp accuracy relies upon the time and date maintained by your device operating system. GPS location precision depends on device satellite reception and environmental conditions.
2. On-Device Processing Disclosures
All camera rendering and watermark burn-in operations occur on your physical hardware. No captured media is transmitted to Saurabh Studio or third-party servers.
3. Advertising Disclosures
The application includes third-party advertisements delivered by Google AdMob. Ad delivery requires internet access and complies with Google Mobile Ads policies.
4. Backup Responsibility
Because media is saved locally to your device gallery, users are solely responsible for backing up their files. Saurabh Studio is not liable for data loss from hardware failure or gallery cleanup.
