TrueStamp Camera Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (EULA) govern the license, permitted usage, and conditions for the TrueStamp Camera mobile application.
1. License Grant
Saurabh Studio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use TrueStamp Camera for personal or professional documentation in accordance with these Terms.
2. Timestamp Accuracy & Reliance Disclaimer
TrueStamp Camera burns date, time, and coordinates derived from your device’s operating system and hardware sensors. Saurabh Studio makes no warranty regarding the legal admissibility or absolute clock synchronization of stamped metadata in formal legal proceedings.
3. Local Media Storage & Ownership
All captured photos and videos are stored in your device’s storage and public gallery. You are solely responsible for archiving, maintaining, and backing up your media files.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TrueStamp Camera for fraudulent timestamp alteration, copyright infringement, or any purpose prohibited by applicable local and international law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saurabh Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application or any media produced by it.
